This morning’s dawn chorus progressed as follows:

05:11 – Robin
05:15 – Blackbird
05:17 – Collared dove
05:18 – Wren and great tit
05:19 – House sparrows and woodpigeon
05:20 – Goldfinches
05:21 – Chaffinch and dunnock
05:24 – Tawny owl (!)
05:25 – Heavy thud as Jen closed the bedroom window.
