Swift visit

En route to Saltaire, Jen and I paid a quick visit to Hewenden viaduct to see if there were any swifts about.

There were indeed:

Then on to Salt’s Mill, where, rather appropriately, I picked up a copy of Charles Foster’s recent book celebrating swifts, The Screaming Sky.
